Whether it’s for your own business, or your role with your company, or for your division, team, board, or the entire firm or company; and whether it needs to match corporate specifications or we can work together to create a unique style that’s all you; we can provide portrait sessions tailored to your exact needs, and we can grow and change with you over the years.

Most individual business portrait sessions, including headshot sessions, begin at $250 including your first edited & retouched image file, released to you for your commercial use.

Additional image files edited & retouched are $45 each, and discounts occur at 3 files, 5 files, and 10 files, or larger sets.

All images selected & purchased for final editing and retouching are released to you (and your firm or employer) for your commercial & promotional use. (Commercial releases for specific needs are priced on a case by case basis.)

The session includes roughly an hour of studio time, which allows for a couple of outfit choices if you’d like, and normally includes some time to view the images and decide on the ones you would like to purchase for complete retouching, production, and delivery. For sessions beyond single outfits and headshots, a web gallery of proofs will be sent to you so you can make your selections at your leisure. In most cases we require payment for the session and first file ($250 plus taxes) at the session, with payment for additional image files due prior to delivery.

Headshot sessions with the first retouched image file included are $250. This normally allows for 30-60 minutes of studio time and in most cases, 1 or 2 outfits. Additional images can be retouched as shown above.

Business Branding sessions, ideal for entrepreneurs, vendors, real estate, and more, are customized to your needs. Most sessions begin at $350 for different looks & styles, including the first three final images, and scale based on specifics. These sessions allow an hour or more of studio time, with time for 3-5 outfits, and different styles, settings, backdrops, and looks. We can also hold these sessions at a location that suits your business, and in some cases can hold a ‘split’ session (studio and location) for an additional fee.

Sessions of multiple individual headshots (Board & committee, business team, or whole-office headshots) begin at $250 for the first person, and adjust according to the number of individuals, number of images per person, studio vs. location, and other factors. Contact me for a precise quote for your project!

Group sessions for firms, boards, and performing arts ensembles are normally custom quoted, with most beginning at $300, scaling by number of people, variety of groupings and settings needed, and other factors. We can also do “compositing” sessions, ideal for firms with annual changeover of interns or associates, boards, etc., where turnover may be a factor, or where it can be difficult to pull everyone together - this way we can simply update the file by adding and removing people along the way as needed. These projects begin at $500 for the first two people, and scale by number of people, location and other factors, and specific editing needs.

Custom editing & post production needs such as backdrop removal & replacement, compositing onto scenes and graphics, wardrobe alterations, and other changes, are priced specifically according to the project - we’ll quote on this as part of your project when we determine the needs.

Portfolio & Look Book Packages for models, actors, and performing artists, with multiple looks and styles begin at $175 for the session, with final images purchased individually, and all-inclusive session & image packages are available, including multi-location sessions and other options.
